HPF fuses evidence-based training principles into creatively designed workouts, intentionally designed for the Athlete. We factor in an Athlete's age, sport, position, training experience as well as any existing medical or physical restriction (injury) during the program design phase. Our training programs are designed to enhance performance while reducing risk to injury.
